Mr. Guertin made a motion to accept the meeting minutes of November 3, 2004 – open and executive sessions, October 26, 2004 – executive session and November 9, 2004 – open and executive sessions. Ms. Norbut seconded. Mr. Guertin made one change to the open session meeting minutes of November 9th, on page two, the 15th sentence, should read as follows, “Mr. Guertin said he supports the $10,000.00 at this time”, and it was so VOTED as amended.

Mr. Manning read the winter parking memo into the record, which stated, during the winter season, there will be no parking on streets between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. starting with the first snowfall or December 1, 2004 through March 31, 2005. The next item on the agenda was the contract renewal/reappointment of the Chief of Police, Curtis McKenzie. Mr. Manning explained this is not a public hearing, it is a procedural vote, not open for discussion. Ms. Norbut read the public statement into the record as attached.
